25 Songs was a collaborative project involving Melbourne-based, Swiss artist Joe Felber working with Melbourne dancer and choreographer, Lucy Guerin and Sydney composer, Elliot Gyger. Its starting point was Ad Reinhardt’s Black Paintings, a series of undifferentiated monochromes from the 50’s, which the artists responded to in their various disciplines (visual art, music and dance).
