ACCA, Dallas Brooks Drive, The Domain
In 1993, for the first time, a single female artist, Jenny Watson, was chosen to represent Australia at the Venice Biennale. A year later ACCA exhibited the 15 paintings, half on velvet, half on taffeta, that were show in Venice, representing Watson’s recent engagement with memory, experience and identity.
