Shipping and Delivery Policy
We deliver products using Australia Post. Shipping costs are influenced by the size and weight of the product and your location. Exact shipping costs are calculated in the shopping cart and will be added to the order total before checkout. Orders are dispatched within 3 business days. Shipping times are estimated at between 3-7 business days depending on your location within Australia and 3-10 business days outside Australia.
Note: these time frames are based on the Australia Post service for Australia wide and International airmail. Sea mail may extend delivery time to 2-3 months.

Pricing Policy
All our prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST (Goods and services tax) as of the current date. Shipping costs are calculated using the Australia Post Plug In which factors in the size, weight and destination of the item(s) to calculate the cost and is subject to current Australia Post rates.
Customer Service Policy
ACCA is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. Standard delivery timeframes are between 3-10 business days within Australia and between 7-10 days outside Australia; in the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order we will notify you within 3 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund.
Refund Policy
A refund, exchange or credit will only be given where goods are faulty or unsafe, have been wrongly described, are different to the product purchased on the website or do not perform as advertised. No refunds will be given if you simply change your mind.
