Being stuck in your compound is a drag, especially if Pictionary isn’t your thing, but not knowing what’s going on outside is worse. This week Field Theory will be asking, is anybody out there? We’ll be talking to the Western and Northern Suburbs Amateur Radio Club about tuning in after a disaster and why mobile phones are looked down on by the Ham Radio community. We’ll also be joined by members of the Melbourne Anarchist Club who will help us imagine ways society could be reconstructed.
