ACCA acknowledges the Wurundjeri Woiwurrung people as sovereign custodians of the land on which we work and welcome visitors, along with the neighbouring Boonwurrung, Bunurong, and wider Kulin Nation. Born in 1919, Joan Brassil was considered a precursor to artists working with electronic media. Her ACCA exhibition focused on the spirit of the Australian landscape as seen by indigenous Australians.
