Join curator, writer and cultural historian Dr Sally Gray for a floor talk on our current exhibition Paul Yore: WORD MADE FLESH.
Sally will share her personal response Paul Yore’s work, drawing on her own history, predispositions and ways of seeing. This will include reference to feminist and queer art and the politics of the present.
Dr Sally Gray writes about artists and designers that occupy the in-between spaces of art, politics, fashion, performance and explorations of gender and sexuality. She taught art and fashion history at UNSW and UTS in Sydney. Her writing on art and fashion appears in books, exhibition catalogues, book chapters, academic journals and the popular arts press.
