Rosslynd Piggott: Extract: in 3 parts

2 Aug–21 Sep 2008

ACCA Main Exhibition Gallery

The fourth commission in the Helen Macpherson Smith Commission series enabled Rosslynd Piggott to create a suite of rooms that explored the stages of life from early bloom to ineffable eternity. Utilising aesthetics informed by Zen philosophy and creating objects, painting and projections that explored light and dark beauty, Piggott’s Extract in 3 parts was an evolving exploration of physical and spiritual states.

Rossylnd Piggott: Extract in 3 parts was the fourth Helen Macpherson Smith Commission.
