ACCA’s inaugural exhibition at its first location on Dallas Brooks Drive, The Domain.

The exhibition was opened by Hon. Race Mathews, Victorian Minister for the Arts. John Buckley’s Artistic Report of that year states that “the aim of the exhibition was to give some indication of the various points of departure to be explored in the gallery’s forthcoming programme – the architectural, the sculptural, the painterly”.
