A keynote address by curator and writer Justin Paton will be followed by conversation with essay contributors, Jan Bryant and Quentin Sprague, and participating artist, Angela Brennan, on the role of painting as a critical practice and its reception in contemporary art discourse.
Following the symposium the publication accompanying Painting. More Painting will be launched in ACCA’s foyer.
