Discover the contemporary art scene in Delhi with Kate Daw. Kate will offer insights into how local artists work, allowing you to peek into their studios and homes. Her talk will also include many historical and cultural highlights of the region, with stops at the Taj Mahal and the Jaipur Literary Festival.

Your tour guide for Delhi: Kate Daw

Kate Daw is an artist and Head of Painting at the Victorian College of the Arts. Daw has exhibited widely, including at the Biennale of Sydney: You Imagine What You Desire (2014), Melbourne NOW (2013-14), India Art Fair (2013), and ART#2 (2012). Since 2012 she has been involved in several projects involving India, including an Asialink residency and exhibition with Emily Floyd and John Meade (2012). Daw completed her PhD at the University of Melbourne in 2006 and is represented by Sarah Scout Presents, Melbourne.
