Join ACCA Education and artist Paul Yore for a Professional Development Program with discussions and art-making in response to our current exhibition Paul Yore: WORD MADE FLESH on Friday 18 November, 10:30am–2 pm.
During the session, artist Paul Yore will give a tour of the exhibition with insight into his practice. This will be followed by a discussion and textile-based art-making session led by ACCA Education where ideas are shared for encountering challenging and thought-provoking artworks in the classroom. The session will explore the relationship between imagery, text and textile, through stitching and fabric collage techniques, and develop new learning activities for the classroom.
Recommended for Secondary Visual Art Teachers and Student Teachers.
